We couldn't get the TV to work and we called and reported it and whoever answered said it would be the next day and we just thought we needed batteries for the remote so we went without it for the entire 1 night stay

Getting in and accessing the room was a pain and took 20 minutes. The remote and contactless entry was frustrating, as we received 8 emails from company which buried the instructions. Bathroom didn’t have hot water on our first day and the shower nozzle was broken and had to be held while showering. Not having onsite staff attendance lead to any issues being difficult to have addressed. Room smelled stale and mildewy from shower. Location was good and generally clean with fine amenities. Stay would be fine if customer service were better.

I have stayed here twice now, the first time I stayed the room was decent, however I wasn’t sent the needed information to get into the hotel; they send a door code and room number. I then tried to push the door bell which nobody answered for a long time. I also called and the phone wasn’t answered. Once I was in there the only problem I had was that I didn’t receive any towels at all for 4 nights. This time I had to call to get the information sent, the person I spoke to was rude. The room smelled awful, there were ppl smoking on the patio, kids running and yelling all night, as well as a couple fighting at 4 am. I know those aren’t things that can necessarily be controlled but there is nobody there to complain to. The communal living room and kitchen area are nice, it definitely has potential, but it would be helpful to have someone available for things like towels and to discuss concerns with.

The location of this facility is great. I assume it is an old apartment complex, it is not a hotel as there is no daily housekeeping service. Which is fine with me. However, there was no overhead lighting in the room, only a desk lamp, so it was dark like a cave. The room was also very small and the showerhead was broken, so you had to hold it the entire time.

I liked the safety measures the facility had in place, however this is not in a very safe area. The facility was definitely updated and they tried to make it nice, however the mattress has much to be desired. It was very uncomfortable.

Clean, staff was friendly and pricing was excellent. The automated locks and check in was very convenient. Only minor issue was the calling system puts you at a dead end sometimes. I had to find a person by blindly navigating the robocall directory. Don't think this was intended.

We stayed here since it was close to The Fox. We didn’t know that you receive all codes to the building, the room and the garage prior to the stay once the incidental fee goes through. Since I booked on Hotels.com the nice desk person said that the refundable fee didn’t go through on my credit card and therefore we didn’t receive our codes. We arrived early since our musical was a matinee. We weren’t for sure if we could check in early, but at least wanted to park the car in the garage. We decided not to do that however, because we didn’t know how we could get out later if we chose to. Also, we didn’t have a code to the building and no one answered when I called to talk to someone about what to do. I now know how everything works and would stay here again. Free parking and a nice, clean room. It was small, but for our needs it was just fine because all we did was sleep a few hours after going out after the show. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. There are several bars and restaurants a short walk or Uber away. The Fox is only .8 miles away. I gave the staff a 5/5 because I did read somewhere that there is not always a person at the front desk and you can check yourself in. The guy was there at 5:30 when we checked in after the show and explained everything to us and was very nice. Just make sure you have codes before you go.

Good Hotel - But How About Some Signage?
The hotel was good, clean, safe, complete. However, what is missing is signage. What every traveler has in common is that they are far from home, and thus naturally a bit disoriented. It would be nice if their was signage - like, "The West End" and "Check-In",so that we do not have to stumble around wondering and looking where to go. Otherwise - a very good place.

The checkin process was easy and flawless unlike a few of the reviews I had read. Loved the parking garage and safety of the locked building doors. Convenient area for food or concert travel which is why we were there. The shared kitchen, dinning, and living room area is really cool and convenient too. The room was small (2 beds) but cozy and perfect for what we needed. We found some cleaning supplies and house shoes under one of the beds which is why I gave 4 stars for cleanliness but other than that, it was clean! Would book again when back in the area! Very pleased for the price!!

It was different. The instructions are not clear on what to do when you get there … check in was ver hard no number to call all doors were locked needing a code and never got the code to check in. The maintenance guy was extremely helpful !!! Wish I got his name to put it in this! I wouldn’t stay here again but it wasn’t all that bad!

There is no signage outside, so it was very confusing and hard to find. Made me feel like I was trespassing. Workers could not speak English, so they couldn't help. The pictures made it seem a lot bigger. Single night stay was fine. Great location to hit most of the big attractions and Metrolink station was fairly close.
