Evenings were VERY noisy from the freeway traffic and only 1/3 of the elevators were operational, while the remaining elevators were VERY slow. Also there is plenty of close parking but I was instructed by the hotel staff that the self parking was full which was not true

The bathtub faucet didn't work, and I had to run bathwater with the shower head. The tub had chipping paint all over it! The elevator kept getting stuck and took forever to move and got stuck on each floor

We liked the location of the hotel. It's very close to the arch. Staff were helpful. I had breakfast and didn't find it tasty plus it was way expensive. Overall it was good but not great

Nice hotel, but only 2 elevators for one part of the hotel worked, making it way too long to wait. We waited almost 10 minutes, and that was even with us in the elevator with others waiting too!

The staff at registration, dining room, bar, & valet were outstanding. Margarita at registration was professional & personable, she got our stay off to a great start. She is a gem! What I didn’t like … two of the four elevators to service the upper floors were non-functional. The elevator dispatching system is in need of an upgrade. At one point I was heading up to our room and my family went over and explored the Arch & surrounding area. I was still waiting for the elevator on their return. Another time I got acquainted with a whole new friend group while attempting to go to the lobby. We spent so much time together, I’m going to be a bridesmaid for one of the friends I made.

Hot box to a noisy room
The staff were friendly and professional I had a great view from my room that's about it. The AC was out in my room the room safe was broken. An hour and a half of waiting for Security to "fix" the safe, it still didn't work, and Engineering to show up to fix the AC, the room had to have been a cool 85,88 degrees Maintenance at least got us moved to a new room. This room was cooler however between the fridge and HVAC being loud I don't know what was louder them or the interstate. The Bed if you moved was noisy but slept well. Another concern was some mystery stains on the lamp shade.
