Thanks to the very nice young lady at the front desk the time of check-in - my stay was even more amazing! I informed her that I was there for Thanksgiving but to also celebrate my birthday. She said, oh well I have something to make it more special! When I got to my room, I had an amazing view of the Arch!! Thank you , thank you - for making my trip to the Lou even more special!

The hotel is nice and clean . The staff was very nice . It’s nice that a steakhouse was inside of the hotel . I loved the fact that Starbucks was inside the hotel too . Parking was kind of expensive to self park . But all in all a nice , clean place to stay

The lobby is beautiful, the hallways to the room have an unpleasant stench, the rooms are small and a bit dated compared to the lobby. As far as the parking, for it to be $40 a night, parking should be a bit more accommodating to the paid customers.
