We were really disappointed that the pool was not heated. It was too cold for us to be able to get in and enjoy as a family. The indoor pool was one reason we booked there and we were not able to enjoy it.

Nothing was unique. Breakfast was very poor. Fried eggs were uneatable, no banana's, oranges, peaches just apples. No yogurt on two days and no waffle mix on two day either. Round breakfast sauce was terrible. Couldn't get a plain bagel or a muffin of any sort. The water was turned off for 7 hours Sunday night due to ??????. kept telling us another half hour till we just quit asking!

Huge room, many conveniences. Not a walkable area to get to restaurants, etc. Busy roads. You have to drive to get across the street to the Galleria Mall. Shower design allows for water to trickle out and form a pool by the door on slick tile.

Convenient location for our purposes. The room was great and everything in it worked, though our stay was too short to use the full-sized fridge and dishwasher. And we really appreciated the FAST and quiet elevators which made our comings and goings easy. Our only negative was that we never were able to score a luggage cart, of which there were allegedly three, neither when we arrived nor when we checked out. The same was true for the other two parties in our group. Maybe there should be a few more for a hotel this size?

The suites were really nice with a somewhat stocked kitchen with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pans, dishwasher (dish soap and dishwasher soap, drying towels), stovetop, refrigerator, spacious living room with TV, large bedroom with TV & cabinets, bathroom sink separate from toilet/shower, large closet with iron/ironing board, bathroom sink had cabinets for personal supplies. Breakfast was superior, nice indoor pool (small) & hot tub, really nice workout room, outdoor patio with gas grills, & super friendly staff. My very minor dislikes were in the bathroom area in the hard to get to corners had a collection over time of dust/dirt. The indoor pool deck surrounding of the pool needs to be scrubbed of human oils. For a classy place as this, those things should not be evident. Everywhere else staff paid attention to detail and was super clean. Desk hospitality were very good and well trained. The property is right on the inner belt (four lane highway) and the north and east sides were noisy of traffic day and night, just an FYI.

The overall cleanliness was very good. The only issue was the shower was not quite where it should be. My other issues were the lack of a safe and the complete lack of maid service for my stay. I went to the desk for toilet paper and inquired when the room would be serviced. I was told the next day but no one came.

Hotel had a very odd smell in the hallways. There was constant issues with the pool and the hospitality of the front desk staff. I didn’t eat breakfast for the whole stay because I didn’t want to interact with them. With all the reports and issues we were supposed to be accommodated for one nights stay and was only accommodated for half of a night. Will not be staying at this location again.

Air in one of the rooma wasnt working correctly. There were things left in room from previous people. Toilet sidnt flush right. Room smelled musty/moldy. The pool was nasty looking almost had a green hue to it. Hot tub wasnt usable. Breakfast wasnt as good as described. Had better at a best Western.
