We were surprised this was a Hilton. Our room service breakfast too too long. Our meal was not as I ordered it. There were missing parts of our order. The hashbrowns were burnt. No toppings for pancakes. No juice. We reported it. It took over a half hour to replace our breakfast. The parking was expensive. 1 parking ticket didn't work. We would have thought that a Hilton would provide vouchers for parking. No coffee in the lobby. We will not be returning. The staff were kind.

The staff was great especially the valet. Our car was ready and waiting each time. We were able to drive right up with no line. Front desk was prompt to take care of our needs. Room was very dusty but bed super comfy. Pillows a bit hard and not comfy. Liked that hotel was not crowded.

Great hotel
Such a beautiful hotel! The lobby is gorgeous and My room was very clean and very cozy. I love that the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the gateway arch and right down the street from the "dred scott courthouse". I highly recommend this hotel

TV did not offer Netflix. I was unable to mirror my phone with the TV. The screen had an annoying logo that would not go away.

Great hotel with super short walk to the St. Louis Arch! The hotel is beautiful and grand. The rooms were clean, large, and seemed newly renovated. The hotel was mostly quiet. There is a parking garage a street over which is used for guests. I would recommend trying to find a cheaper place to park as the hotel charged $38 per day. I thought it was $38 total for our entire stay and was sadly mistaken. If I had known this previously, I would have definitely found somewhere else to park. Overall, the hotel was beautiful in a great location.

We were on a 2000 mile road trip and came here for two days to meet friends. Street parking is free at weekends which saved $100 on valet parking. The Arch, riverbank, cathedral and Spaghetti House restaurant are all a short walk away. The room was standard and we saw a lovely sunrise across the Mississippi. The building is a converted bank and keeping the safe as a gift shop was a quaint touch. Breakfast service was slow even though the hotel was not busy.

Quiet and clean rooms. Water pressure in the shower was top tier and the pillows were amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Just overall excellent experience. Will be staying here again.
