Book your 5⭐️ stay in this spacious family-friendly suite in the desirable and safe DeBaliviere neighborhood. Only a 2 block walk from Forest Park & its Metrolink train stop, your group will have access to everything the city has to offer. This 100 year-old historic home is only blocks from Forest Park, the site of the 1904 World's Fair Exposition and 1904 Summer Olympics.

Unload your car then collapse on the wrap-around couch for an evening of movies on our Roko TV. Enjoy a quiet night sleep (kids have their own room). Wake rested, roll out of your king-sized bed, & brew a cup of joe before heading out to explore the Lou.

"Suites in the Lou" offers 6 private short term rental suites in one building - great for a large group which may want to all stay in one place. Walkable to Forest Park, the Metrolink train stop, the Delmar Loop, restaurants, and shopping. This 3rd floor 2-bedroom/1 bath suite sleeps 6 guests. Enjoy a king bedroom for you plus a second bedroom with a queen bed plus full bed.

Need to get around town? Metrolink, buses and quick access to Forest Park Parkway and I-170 makes it easy.

A Metrolink station is conveniently located in DeBaliviere Place. You can hop on the Skinker/DeBaliviere stop and head all the way to the Lambert International Airport or right downtown. We're proud that our neighborhood boasts excellent public transit. We're also centrally located, so you can take a short walk, ride, or drive to the Delmar Loop, Washington University, the Central West End, or Forest Park. How to Find our Building: Because we are on a dead-end street, you can only access our address coming from the East. There is no direct access from DeBaliviere Avenue.

Gated Parking: Access to the gated parking lot is only available after you arrive and check into your unit. A remote to the gate and a key to your back door entrance will be waiting for you on the kitchen counter. In the meantime, feel free to find a parking spot out front on the street.

Classic STL apartment
Worked great for our family trip down memory lane visiting our old haunts in St. Louis. Reminded me of the apartment buildings I lived in, with original hardwood floors, plaster walls, and all. Very convenient location to the Metro and Forest Park. The only drawbacks were the heat (top floor and probably some of the hottest days of the summer meant the A/C couldn't keep up) and the basement laundry. Housekeeping uses it from 10-3, but even then there were no washers/dryers open.

Great location for our first time in St Louis
The apartment is in a cute neighborhood. Libby was always available if needed. Parking in a gated parking lot was a big plus to why we chose this property. Really enjoyed our stay in St Louis.

We had everything we needed. There were some extras in the kitchen that were helpful: coffee, cream, sugar packets, spices. Beds were very comfortable. Love having three beds in one room for our 3 kids. Floors were very creaky in hallway. Furnace was loud when it kicked on.

Spring Break
We really enjoyed our stay here. We could have used enough coffee to make some each morning of our stay, but I also didn’t ask for more, so that’s partially on me. The parking situation was a tad frustrating but that wasn’t Libby’s fault. She communicated all she could with us. The location is great. No more than 15 minutes from tourist spots! Perfect for a little getaway ☺️
