This hotel is in desperate need of some cleaning!! I have never satyed anywhere with a bathroom so disgusting. There were, what looked like, burn holes in the curtains. The sink wouldnt drain. The hall way smelled of rotten fish. It was not a good experience.

Bug bites causing hives. Super unclean. Sheets and bedding dirty. Didn’t want to use the shower it was so gross. Got up and left at 3 am because it was so bad.
Room had no trash can light fixture in bathroom was missing a bulb i ask 3 times to 3 different employees and they said i will see what i can do they never got us a trash can and the manager said our engineers are not here now

There were kids in the hall running and yelling until about 1am. The hinge was loose on my door and I had to slam my body against it to open and close it.
The room was nice, it was very clean. I just had a bad door and unruly children on my floor.
The room was dirty. The blanket on the bed was as thin as the sheet and uncomfortable. The walls are thin and the neighboring rooms are terribly noisy between 12 am and 4 am. (not great if you have children) Shower was slick with no support, I almost fell several times. The shower curtain, shower and bathroom walls had mold. We were on the first floor and people (residents) sat on chairs outside our window all evening into the night talking loudly and smoking.

The property appears to be being updated. The bathroom still needed updates but the main room was clean and comfortable. The girl who checked us in was very pleasant. The common areas needed some upkeep and cleaning because I’ve had trouble with extended stay before at a different property and charges, I opted to turn in our keys personally instead of just leaving them. It took 30 minutes and my husband having to go find someone to help the 4 of us that were waiting for something in the lobby. Then he wanted to get mouthy and not pleasant telling me to just leave them and haven’t we stayed in a hotel before? Why yes we have, at a different property and it didn’t turn out so well.
Shower head was broken. Maintenance never showed to replace it. Toilet seat would not stay secured to bowl. AC condenser leaked into the room. Clothing rack had come off before my stay and was just set to the side rather than resecuring it. I’ve stayed and multiple extended stays and never had any issues. This facility is terrible.
No fresh towels or linen, it was an extended stay so they were supposed to offer kitchen items we were told “ we dont have anything! Just all around terrible service and place to stay hallways smell horrible! Don’t recommend
This “smoke free” building reaks of smoke. I don’t smoke and have allergies. So I have been stuffed up sneezing all night. The smoke smell has to be stuck in the linens or drapes. No chair at the table to eat at. No dishes, silverware, pans, cooking supplies and no trash can, but I have the trash bags. Just a bare room. Tv needs to go on the other side of the room so you can see it from the kitchen. I asked for the things I needed I did get a toaster and a plate. Plastic fork doesn’t help.
I used the app to book and prepay online. Upon arrival, they were not sure which rooms were clean so they guessed a handicap room was clean and available. However because I paid online they couldn’t “adjust” the room type. They called the manager who couldn’t help, walked the property to check if rooms were clean or not and then ultimately put me in one room while listing me as being in a separate room in the computer. As we walked into the room, someone was finishing cleaning/fixing the toilet. A few minutes later, the front desk called to say they were moving us to a different room in a different building so we had to repack our belongings and move. Overall it took over a half hour just to check in. The room itself had dust and dirt on all the baseboards, no remote for the tv so we couldn’t watch anything. The staff was super apologetic and very nice. I blame management for how that placed is ran and looked. I’ll never stay there again.
