Shower head was broken. Maintenance never showed to replace it. Toilet seat would not stay secured to bowl. AC condenser leaked into the room. Clothing rack had come off before my stay and was just set to the side rather than resecuring it. I’ve stayed and multiple extended stays and never had any issues. This facility is terrible.
No fresh towels or linen, it was an extended stay so they were supposed to offer kitchen items we were told “ we dont have anything! Just all around terrible service and place to stay hallways smell horrible! Don’t recommend
This “smoke free” building reaks of smoke. I don’t smoke and have allergies. So I have been stuffed up sneezing all night. The smoke smell has to be stuck in the linens or drapes. No chair at the table to eat at. No dishes, silverware, pans, cooking supplies and no trash can, but I have the trash bags. Just a bare room. Tv needs to go on the other side of the room so you can see it from the kitchen. I asked for the things I needed I did get a toaster and a plate. Plastic fork doesn’t help.
I used the app to book and prepay online. Upon arrival, they were not sure which rooms were clean so they guessed a handicap room was clean and available. However because I paid online they couldn’t “adjust” the room type. They called the manager who couldn’t help, walked the property to check if rooms were clean or not and then ultimately put me in one room while listing me as being in a separate room in the computer. As we walked into the room, someone was finishing cleaning/fixing the toilet. A few minutes later, the front desk called to say they were moving us to a different room in a different building so we had to repack our belongings and move. Overall it took over a half hour just to check in. The room itself had dust and dirt on all the baseboards, no remote for the tv so we couldn’t watch anything. The staff was super apologetic and very nice. I blame management for how that placed is ran and looked. I’ll never stay there again.
Very dirty hotel, unsafe surroundings, shady people loitering around the hotel, toilet wanted to overflow, receptionist didn't care for room issues. Black women walking around looking like hookers.
I can't say much good about this hotel. Front desk initially tried to give us a room that was still occupied. The towels were disgusting, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls were so thin you could hear a normal volume conversation in the next room. We kept the AC running just to have some white noise to try to sleep. Just an awful property and we should have spent the extra few dollars to stay somewhere else.
This place doesn’t have ice machines and the grab and go breakfast was a small muffin! People were up until after midnight running the halls and playing loud music! We felt like the people in the room beside us were very inconsiderate yelling and screaming across the hall! Had to inform the front desk of all the screaming!! Walls are paper thin! The bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned at all! The one towel you get was crusty! The bedspread looked like a shower curtain!
I went in to the office to check in & canceled my reservation instead of checking in. The HVAC was out for the entire property. The rooms had their windows open with fans in the windows. Dirty & in disrepair including the office area. Got a bad feeling & did not feel safe based on some of the other tenants on the property. There seemed there could have been illegal business transactions going on. I immediately booked a room at a better hotel & I left this property as quickly as I could.
The bathroom was dirty. The security doors fr9n parking lot did not close and lock. Reception person said the doors had not been fixed in a month. Communications about amenities in room were very poor.
The supose locked doors were none locking on entery into motel appeared broken places to use key card didnt need to because again locks were broken.Sheets didnt appear to be clean had black lint stuck to white sheets no sheets were white.was no pillow on the bed had to ask for two was told only one.very loud everywhere from inside to the outside very hard to sleep.Went to check out i could not an had to stayin town 6 more hours so they could get computers up to give me a receipt.Didnt feel safe with all doors goin in building not locking.The room we stayed in after we close our door come open after we laid in bed latch needed lil attention as well..
The hotel was overbooked and they canceled my room reservation at time and city where demand was so high and nothing was available. I would never recommend staying here.
The hotel charged my credit cad at "check in", but we were still on the road. I knew this process would happen. Then we get a call two hours later that they are overbooked and would have a room for us and refund the money. Which I'm still waitng for.
Lobby smelled like cat pee. Hallways smelled terrible. Room smelled clean, but 2/3 smoke detectors were beeping because of low/no battery. Door to bedroom broke apart into 3 sections. Wouldn’t stay w/o working smoke detectors. Expedia couldn’t confirm our cancellation because the hotel phones were down. Now we have to call in Monday to try to get a refund.
