First, let me say the valet staff and omelette chef are outstanding. That being said, we had marijuana smell throughout the fourth floor at our 5:45 pm arrival - where they had one desk staff and long waits. My 11 pm, the smell ruined our sitting area. The hallway noise - maybe a birthday get together? - penetrated our room. If Hilton condones ignoring the no smoking policy for parties with marijuana, then maybe I need to just stay a Marriott guy. Horrible experience.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Valet was awesome. Pool areas only 3 ft and didn’t seem to be heated (it’s also December so how hot can they get if you know). I had to get 4 different key cards because they would stop working but it’s not their fault. Something to do with the magnets and our phones. We did get a noise complaint from the neighbors at 10 o’clock on a Friday night lol. Staff was super nice about it tho. The staff really went above and beyond which was awesome. I had a great birthday weekend. Than you embassy !!

Beautiful property, staff was great. My only bad thing to say is we were not given anything about when the bar closed, how to order room service or if they had room service. The bar had great food and service. The breakfast was of the best quality. I would stay here again, especially now that im familiar with some of the amenities.

Through the night kids running through the halls knocking on our door and then the next day same thing. Rooms had trash laying on the floor in bedroom and living room!! Staff was nice. Couldn’t walk around outside bc people kept approaching you for money or food. Pool is only 3 feet deep! Last night went to get ice and opened our door to find someone in the hallway not wearing underwear with a skirt and it only covered the top park of there behind, standing right outside our room hanging out being loud. Absolutely horrible!!! Every time u got in the elevator it smellled like someone just smoked a joint. Absolutely horrible. Tried to get a refund and they said they couldn’t because we went through a company to get our room. We tried to leave and not stay as long as we did but they wouldn’t give up a refund.i tried to get ahold of Expedia to get a refund or try to stay somewhere else and couldn’t get any help or even to get someone to answer the phone. What a joke!!!

Rude Staff, Inconsistent Information
Booked two rooms online and requested they be close to one another. I called day of to confirm they would be next to one another and was told they would be. I also asked if we could check in early and was told it would be no problem at all. I was encouraged to check in anytime after 1pm. I arrived with my family (3 adults and 2 small children) closer to 2pm. The woman checking is in, Jay (or something similar), was so incredibly rude. She told us only 1 room was available to check in. Ok fine. I asked why we were told both rooms would be available and explained we would have made alternate plans if we needed to wait until 4pm. Instead of assisting to find out where the miscommunication occurred, she kept reiterating in a rude and condescending tone that check in is at 4pm. She finally offered to check us into a room that was ready but now both rooms would be on opposite ends from one another. This was not ideal - we wanted the rooms to be close so we weren’t shuffling two small children long distances between rooms. We needed our youngest to nap so went ahead and took the rooms far apart from one another. We travel often and this was hands down one of the rudest staff we’ve encountered.
