The staff and lobby were very approachable and had a pleasant feel. The carpet in the hallways and rooms needs attention. We had a sour beer smell in our room which was very unappealing and just made your mind go to that place of how dirty the dark carpet truly is. while at the continental dinner and after seeing patrons load up their drink cards and carry 3 beer cups into the elevator, we're pretty sure the free drinks at dinner service aren't helping keep the rooms free of spills. I'd encourage all removal of the carpet and have a laminate floor in future renovations

This was a great place to stay. All the staff was the nicest people i have ever had at any other hotel i have stayed. The food and drinks at happy hour was very good. Breakfast was also very good. In all great staff and a pleasant stay.

Several local dining establishments directly next to the hotel, as well as available pizza delivery. Staff was fast and friendly and each stay comes with a free buffet breakfast. Good bang for your buck.
