Me and my children stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Day 1 should have been a red flag to just pack up and leave but I didn't because my children were tired. The room had a nasty moldy stinch, It irritated my allergies really bad. The tub was molded. The sink was nasty. The bed even had a old smell to it. My daughter decided she wanted to sleep on the pull out couch. She opened it up just to find soiled clothes and towels inside the couch when she pulled it out. Smfh.I went up to the front to report what we discovered and staff was very rude. They ended up moving us to another room , only to end up with the same stinky smell, allergies on 1000, carpet very outdated and sticky. The couch in the room made me itch. It was dresser in there that needed to be thrown away because it was all broken up. Let's not add that I killed 3 roaches. Day 3 one of the staff / housekeeper tried to access the room without even knocking or no type of announcement and my daughter was in there.The finale of all this is the bottom part of the toilet exploding . The staff moved like turtles when I ran upfront to let them know. After this horrible experience all I truly wanted was a refund for the 5 days I stayed there. Not to even add icing on the cake, one of the staff members tried jacking up the price on their end when I needed 1 more day to get our items together and leave. So instead of me paying $67/day, I was charged $93 that last day of being there. I will be contacting corporate.
