Security Deposit:
A $500 refundable security deposit is required for all guests. This will be authorized on your payment method at the time of booking and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, assuming no damage to the property or violation of house rules. If any damage or excessive cleaning is required, the appropriate amount will be deducted from the deposit.
1. Kindly refrain from wearing shoes inside the home.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violation of this rule will result in a $800 cleaning fee to eliminate the smell of smoke.
3. Parties, events, and any commercial or unlawful use of the property are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors and avoid causing any disturbances.
4. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted.
5. Eating or drinking in the bedrooms is not allowed. Please enjoy your meals in the dining room.
6. To prevent heat damage, please use coasters or plates for hot pots on all surfaces.
7. A quiet time policy is in effect after 8 p.m. Please keep noise levels to a minimum.
8. Any damages or breakages should be reported promptly. Guests are responsible for damages exceeding the security deposit, and such incidents will be reported to Airbnb.
8.1 Please avoid using our towels or hand towels to wipe off makeup or stains. Instead, use paper towels or bring your own makeup cleaning supplies. If tough stains are left behind and cannot be cleaned, extra cleaning fee will be charged.
9. Before leaving the house, please remember to turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics. Also, ensure that windows are closed and the door is locked.
10. Prior to checkout, please wash dishes, clean the kitchen items you used, and dispose of garbage in the trash can.
11. Before checking out, please remove pillow covers, duvet covers, and sheets used and place them in the baskets of laundry room. Leave duvet inserts and pillows on the beds.
12. We would like to inform you that our team takes regular measures to control pests and maintain cleanliness. However, bugs, such as ants, carpet beetles, and stink bugs, are part of the local ecosystem and may still enter the property despite our efforts. We avoid excessive chemical treatment as these bugs are harmless. Please note that the presence of bugs does not qualify for a refund of your stay.
13. Trash pick-up occurs every Thursday morning. Guests are responsible for taking the trash can to the curb during their stay or on their check-out day to ensure timely collection. Failure to do so may result in missed pick-up.

(16) A $400 refundable deposit is required. It’s pre-authorized at booking and refunded within 7 days if no damage or rule violations occur.
(17) For cancellations, our standard policy applies. A 4% non-refundable fee will be deducted to cover credit card processing charges.
