Great hotel except for the valet parking
Room was great and spacious, although the bed was just average. Staff was extremely friendly. Entire hotel was clean. Only complaint was with the valet parking. Someone had gone through the vehicle looking for something (items were removed from compartments and not put back). Luckily, nothing was stolen. Did speak to hotel manager who assured me he would talk to the contract company in charge with the valet parking.

Kyra at the front desk made our check in very easy & smooth. I asked how much it would cost me to check out at 1400 (my flight leaves later in the evening) instead of noon & she let me check out at 1300 for free. Such customer service! I also forgot to bring toothpaste & they provided me with some!

I always choose this one when I have an event at the Enterprise Center, since I don't mind the walk. I was met by valet, they were extremely helpful and nice throught my stay. The front desk lady (sorry, forgot her name) was equally as great. She was very kind and check-in was quick and easy. Love this hotel as its always clean & quiet. Rooms are very spacious. Will definitely keep coming back

The Hotel was very up to date and clean. Our room was exceptionally nice! We stayed on the 15th floor with a very nice view. Every single staff member was super nice and very professional from beginning to end. The dinning area was nice and the food was really good. We had a late arrival by train and front desk staff ensured us our room was secure. Checkin and checkout was flawless! I would highly recommend this property and will stay here again.
