Huge Room seemed cold with wood floors & no drapes. Several painting details were overlooked. Blue tape left on ceiling, by doorway & tear to wall in bathroom. Tub drain super slow.

The property is just ok. The two outlets in the bathroom did not work so we had to ask to have a different room. We booked a king bed room but were put in double queens for both rooms. I should have asked but already felt it was a burden to ask for the room that had working electrical outlets. The breakfast area was nice and offered a decent variety of options. The ice machine on second floor didn't work so had to go down to first floor for that. The staff was friendly and overall it was ok but would not choose this location again.

due to the recent hurricane I had to shift my business priority and cancel this trip to rebook... hotel refused to cancel my room and refund me for a future stay. would have stayed 2 weeks later same hotel, same booking rate but outright refused
