Great Service!
The hotel is very nice and updated. The front desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. The only negative thing was the desk had something sticky on it so I had to clean it. The back of the toilet was either dirty or ??? There's something on the nightstand and the shower doesn't look like it gets cleaned as well. The app wouldn't take pictures but I took some.

Very nice comfortable hotel with indoor pool. We did have an issue at check in with our room, but it was resolved immediately, by the night clerk Josh in a professional timely manner, great customer service . We felt we were in a safe area and the Pancake House was within walking distance. The hotel was clean and quiet. Yes, this hotel will be my home away from home when I visit the STL area in the future. Thanks Hotel.com

Pleasant stay. Worth the money.
We came here for a one night stay for a concert. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s about 20 minutes from the event center. It’s right by the airport. The hotel was clean and seemed to be up to date. Room rate was reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I’m ever in the area again I will stay here.

Overall, our stay was fine. Hotel was quiet and in a convenient location which was good. However, for a newer hotel, our room was quite run down. The TV wasn’t mounted on the wall and it didn’t work at all. The shower had a crack in the surround that looked like an attempted fix was made, but it was done very sloppily. The caulking in the shower was either very dirty or was starting to mold. The bottom of the shower surround was extremely dirty. Inside the shower, there was still hair left in the drain and shampoo spilled all over the floor. The breakfast food also left something to be desired. The muffins were stale and the eggs were cold. All in all, it was an okay stay. We didn’t feel unsafe, it was quiet, the bed was clean, the room was spacious, and the location was good for those leaving out of STL.
