The hotel was in a great area for shopping and dining and was close to major thoroughfares. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room did not have a fridge as advertised. And while it may seem a minor point, the toilet lid did not close as it had been trapped in the up position when the counter top was installed. In a small bathroom, this was inconvenient.

Room was ok, bed was good, pillows not so. Had to ask for a comforter for bed which I never had to do before. Bathroom was clean except stains in bathtub bottom and made me not want to go into. Caps missing off of toilet seat around base and toilet lid. Sink in very awkward position at wall behind door and towel rack there behind door. They need to consider bathroom make over. No microwave in room and this was a king size bedroom? Towels were very ruff? I think we might try a different company next time because even the cheaper hotels have better accommodations and the maintenance is better.

It was good value for the pricing. Front desk staff excellent and very accommodating. Particularly Robert who is very knowledgeable, accommodating and guest focused. Clean facilities. Ample parking. Television service looks up to date, but very difficult to operate. Very nice included breakfast. Convenient location . Pleasant stay!

We have stayed here for a few times because the location was great and safe. The staff by the name of Gladys went above and beyond this time as our vehicle had a flat tire on the day of check out. Due to time constraint, we couldn't take our vehicle to fix immediately because we had to catch the international flight. She was very nice enough to allow us leaving the vehicle there until returning from the trip to take care of it. We ended up staying for 2 more nights at the property upon returning in order to fix vehicle. She was very helpful and understanding. We would definitely stay there again when we are in town next time.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, everything looked and felt clean. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Nice big tv, plenty of lights and electrical outlets. Front desk women were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and pretty good. The cleaning lady said they start cleaning up around 8:45 so get there before then or you won’t get any waffles. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, and shower was huge. Would recommend to anyone. Stayed in room 119 no complaints, I did see a water bug though.

Nothing special about property. Wouldn't let my wife check in - had to see me and my ID. Never run into that before. Desk chair in room was tattered and in need of replacement, furniture door for in room refrigerator would not close. Property was actually better under previous management.

The night staff member who greeted us was so kind and friendly after our long drive. He gave candy to our kid and kitty treats for our cat, and was so informative as well. It really made the stay for us! This is an older property that has recently had an updated lobby and the rooms have a fresh coat of paint and they are clean. I'd like to see them updated like the lobbies with modern electrical plugs and wall controlled heat/ac, but the rooms were clean and secure.
