One of 2 elevators was down our entire stay and we were on the top floor. Toilet required 2 repairs, there was convent noise from the bathroom vent requiring the bathroom door closed when not used. in room safe had no key as lock was removed, bathroom tub drain was slow

The staff were great and very helpful during our stay. The pool was freezing even though it was 80 degrees outside. Wish it was heated. The cleaniness was good and the room was nice. Very convienent to a lot of essentials you may need and the interstate.

Only one elevator was working, which meant long wait times. We had a stroller and young kids so taking five flights of stairs wasn't realistic. I was hoping to be able to give my kids a bath, but there was other people's hair on the tub and paint/porcelain pealing which looked rather gross. The breakfast was disgusting. None of the hot food was hot. We had breakfast somewhere else the second morning.

Only 1 of the 2 small elevators was working for a 6 floor hotel. We booked our room based on the fitness center. All 3 of the machines were broken. Only 1 had a sign on it. No water. No wipes. No towels.We had to leave. Luckily the Chilli's next door was consistent as was expected.
