I have an autistic 5yrld & always worry about noise complaints as shes a sensory seeker & can be quite loud & as well as energetic, especially after a long drive. I made sure to tell the front staff desk about her & to please let me know if anyone says she's too loud. The night worker on Christmas eve was extremely understanding and very polite as well as efficient any time we needed anything. I had that same experience on Christmas morning with the breakfast staff as well as the cleaning staff on the third floor. Everyone was extremely friendly and said hi & Merry Christmas! I've lived in St Charles county my whole life but recently relocated to KC. This hotel is an affordable hidden gem & we will for sure be back!

The property was being renovated but they did a good job keeping it from being obtrusive. The staff that I ran into went above and beyond. They were all very helpful and friendly. It’s also fairly quiet for being on a frontage road. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed.

My family and I were there for an extended stay before our move to Colorado due to my daughter's diagnosis of cancer. Quianna and Christine were both so compassionate and very pleasant. They were helpful with anything we needed. The level of knowledge and care was top tier. It's been quite some time since I experienced a stay so comfortable. Thank you ladies!!!

It was good. Had problem with bed. Maintenance was able to fix, it took about two hours. He also vacuumed and dusted. The hotel gave us a discount rate.
