Mildew/mold smell pervasive in room throughout stay. Everything else okay. Room was nice and spacious. TVs did not work and are ANCIENT. Plenty of towels and space. Also, no fan in bathrooom.

We were very disappointed. It's was a girls trip. Had massages done prior to arriving and we were excited to get to the hotel to relax in the pool and hot tub... only to find it is closed. Nothing was on the description that they close now due the winter.

We always enjoy staying at Ameristar St Charles. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We can park, check in and get comfy for the night, not having ro worry about getting back out to eat or pick up extras. Everything is conveniently located on the property.
