The workers were so very nice. But the cleanliness of the hotel, that's a museum?? Horrible... our room was so dusty. Cob webs in the windows, random hair on the dressers.. the bed hasn't comfy. The pillows we horrible.. they look nice and fluffy till you lay on them and then doesn't even feel like it's there. There weren't any trash bags in any of the trash cans. The service was great again. But the actual hotem it's self was not what I was expecting at all..

Furnace was broken in room, we froze, staff was not helpful and some couldn’t communicate. Service extremely slow restaurant and bar had poor hours. This was not a inexpensive hotel and should have been a much more pleasant stay

Both the hotel and staff are great! Beautiful new, clean rooms and very comfy pillows. Pool, hot tub, and sauna are very nice bonuses. If you’re going to the Dome or Arch, it’s a little bit of a walk (about a mile), but Lyft is cheap.

Wonderful stay. We extended our stay for an extra night of relaxation. Loved all the amenities, the giant hot tub and pool, the steam and sauna rooms. The bath robe provided in the room was so nice and cozy. Loved the food and beverages at the restaurant downstairs. Would absolutely return.

The decor, restaurant and bar were amazing. The staff at restaurant and bar were great and accommodating. We dined in the game room both nights and ordered from the bar and they bent over backwards to get us service. The pool was beautiful and fun. There could have been more staff around to keep towels in stock and monitor unaccompanied teens. The rooms were great and comfy. The robes especially comfy.

The staff were very fun and friendly! The atmosphere was fun! The art in the lobby and rooms were very unique! The only complaint is the cleanliness of the room. Found alot of someone elses hair in the shower on the walls and all over the soap dispensers.

Everything was terrific. Staff was warm and friendly, and we enjoyed being able to walk around the galleries. Coffee maker in the room takes pods. Be aware if sharing a room with people who may not get up at the same time, the coffeemaker is very loud and the provided cups did not fit on the platform. We will definitely stay at this property again the next time we are in St Louis.
