There is in-unit laundry and an extra storage closet. The unit is furnished with beautiful matching furnishings that are functional to the space. The kitchen table includes bench seating, which provides additional storage and the guest bed can be easily converted from a twin to a king. The unit is located in the first tower of the building, with unobstructed park views and beautiful natural light. The unit has a back entrance off the kitchen to the fire escape, which is currently used as a patio.
While the inside of the unit is fantastic, the real treat is the location. This unit is located directly across the street from Tower Grove Park, one of the best parks in St. Louis.
