The location is very good ... shops/restaurants/beach all within walking distance. The accommodation is basic but functional and to have two small pools to soak your feet in after a long day is great. Staff were very friendly too.. all in all good value for money

It was not the property i booked i and paid for 3 night stay with a pool. I want my money back. Property under construction no pool. I have tried to speak to a human being so far no response from hotels.com. they have not refunded my money

I loved everything about the property its cleanliness its quiet. Its walking distance to the beaches and lots of night life along the stretch. What made my stay amazing was our house keeper YVONNE she was so welcoming and really made sure we were good in everyway. I will definitely stay there again.

This property has two parts. I was given accommodation in the area which is further away. There is no help with language. There is no security. Anyone can enter the property. If you have language you need to carry a fair distance. No phone connection to main site. Before you book make sure wher you will stay

Everything was fine . I could have used a couch in the TV area or at least another easy chair so I could have sat with my missus . The shower leaked bad enough it kept you awake unless you closed the bathroom door . It was quiet, simple , and functional . What more do you need in Barbados

I stayed at the Villas for 3 nights and it had everything i needed while i was there. The host was excellent answering all my questions, it was clean and the bed was great. The Netflix was a bonus. The location was the perfect distance from Dover beach and the restaurants in the area. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Moved to another location

Was moved to another location which did not have the required accommodations for sleeping beds. Caused my family to squish together for sleep. Original location had 1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin and a pull out bed. The new location had 1 king, 2 twins and pull out bed. Thankfully we were only staying 1 night

Hot, mosquito filled basic room.

The description is very inaccurate. There are 4 units in the building. The one we stayed in needs improvement. The AC did not work, all the bug screens on the windows were either broken or missing. The tiny bathroom is a full of mosquitoes. There was no oven or toaster oven. The owner did bring a microwave when we asked for it. There is no laundry or pool. There is a busy pathway right past the bedroom window, and this is across the street from Sandals' employee parking lot, so it gets loud around 6 am.

Difficult check in but not bad otherwise

This place is not well marked. The sign is kinda like a little real estate sign. Our taxi driver couldn’t find it and after asking many people, he finally located it. There is no staff there on site but the taxi driver called the number on the little sign, we were told we could come to a different location a few blocks away to check in. The lady there was very friendly and helpful and ended up driving us back to the place after we checked in. The place is ok. Needs some repairs… cabinet door off it’s hinge. We never did figure out how to operate the AC. Nice that the place did have a fridge, microwave and toaster. You have access to a pool at the sister property a few blocks away. Also access to beach chairs at the nearby beach… if you can convince the fellas patrolling the beach that they are included with your rental. These guys insist that you must pay even though they are free to guests. Big thanks to the lady in the office for her kindness and help… was was amazing!
