It was very enjoyable stay, excellent hotel and employees, very clean. The one thing is that maybe there should be a copy of the restaurant menu in the room that would also tell the price of room service. I know its available by the QR code but it would be easier. We did eat at the restaurant and I would give that five stars as well.

There were challenges through booking at expedia and the hotel. The hotel charged my credit card that I utilized for incidentals, I am unsure if it was the website that caused confusion or the hotel. I know that it was embarrassing, and unwanted.

I really did not appreciate the breakfast trolley when it came with our food. It was filthy and had many months of old food streeled down the sides and around the wheels. The arm chair in our room was quite old and dirty. Even the couches in the lobby are so well worn it’s shocking to see them. I did love the view of the harbour and the narrows. But we won’t e er stay here again.

Beautiful view of the harbor and downtown residential neighborhood. Building needs landscaping maintenance and the parking area needs updating.
