If you’re looking for a place that makes you feel truly special, look no further than Royalton Chic. I recently celebrated my birthday there for six unforgettable nights, and I can honestly say that it was an experience I will cherish forever. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming spirit of a remarkable young lady named Snow. Her kindness and genuine care for my group made our stay all the more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and catered to, making us feel like VIPs. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their guests, and I truly appreciated her honesty and gentle demeanor. I also want to give a special shoutout to Yoan, who consistently stocked our snack bar with everything we could possibly want. His attentiveness never went unnoticed, and it added a special touch to our stay. Additionally, the wonderful ladies in the cafeteria and the incredible staff at the steakhouse, including Alicia and Aaliyah, contributed to our fantastic dining experiences. Their sweet personalities and excellent service made every meal delightful. The hotel itself is a perfect sanctuary for celebration. I had professional photography done, explored some vibrant parties, and felt safe and secure throughout my entire stay—an essential factor for any traveler. Royalton Chic truly provides a safe and inviting environment for tourists, making it an ideal location for celebrating milestones like honeymoon. Ask for snow.

Everything was good about my stay besides the food, it was really mediocre but what else do you expect at an all inclusive restaurant. Also, room had a slight funny smell when you enter. If it wasn’t for these two things, I’d give them a 10/10. Staff was extremely nice, and they had a lot of events on site

This resort is not accommodating whatsoever. There is a big segregation between Garden view visitors and Diamond club/ bungalow visitors. Some separations may include room service. We ordered room service from hunter steakhouse, and 10 minutes later we get a call saying, “you can’t order from here because you’re not diamond club or in a bungalow”. So we had to order from a terrible menu that room service offers. Getting reservations for restaurants is extremely difficult. We arrived on Thursday and as soon as we were able to book a dinner reservation on the app we tried, but it says hunter steakhouse was booked out all weekend. How? We just arrived. We felt that hookah was overpriced at $50, where when we went off the resort it was $20-$25. When we would go to the buffet, the staff would just stare at you without saying anything and giving a what are you doing here look. We’d have to talk first to get information as to if they’re open/ closed. The waiters for the buffet would take a long time just to ask us our drink orders. The concept for the resort is great, Good entertainment. A lounge, pool entertainment, live entertainment. The workers just need work and the room service from restaurants should be for everyone.

We stayed in one of the overwater bungalows and the pictures online don’t do this place justice. The room is absolutely stunning! Our room came with butler service and it was nothing short of perfect. Shandell, Deleen and Errolson always made themselves available and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Our housekeeper, Bernita was so sweet and easy to talk to. She was always so happy to see us and so welcoming! You can tell she really loves her job and it shows through the way she treats all the guests. Our favorite restaurants on site were Hunter Steakhouse and the oxtail at Haven Grill. We had Josina as our server on three separate occasions and she remembered our drink of choice. She was always so kind and pleasant. We rented a cabana by the pool and the vibe team keep us very entertained specifically Keithroy, Riri and Ajani. They are always making sure all the guests are having a good time and we loved that! Karlos & Ranjae at the Diamond Club pool were also super nice and accommodating! In conclusion, everyone at the resort made us feel at home and very welcomed. We got to know a little bit of all the employees and they made such a positive impact on our stay. We can’t wait to visit again.

As a frequent traveler I must say that the food selection and quality was horrible. The Diamond Club was another disappointment, rooms average at best and the premium bar was only available between 11am & 6pm by the pool.

Bed bugs. Wrong room type. Our taxi crashed into another taxi on the road and didn't even stop or ask if we are OK. Very poor restaurants booking system - 2 hours wait for food. Security wanted to escort us off the premises and call police because we didn't had our bands after we checked out and was waiting for the taxi to the airport. Horrible experience. Never again.

Tarisa, Selina, Aja and the list goes on was wonderful. From romantic beach diner to check in and making dinner reservations. I was definitely pleased. The room fridge was always stocked with snacks and beverages. Room service everyday, early in the morning. Even with a large crowd the staff was able to accommodate everyone. I highly recommend staying at royalton chic.

The hotel itself was nice. Drinks were ok, the bars ran out of stuff daily and the bartenders were running around trying to find stuff and sometimes there was just one person working with a ton of people. We had a server on the beach only once. Towels ran out a couple times. The food was awful! I can normally find something to eat at any buffet, but not this one. Need more options especially since they close the restaurants here randomly and are hard to get into. We got a late check out and they shut our keys off at 11. 11:45 someone came to get our bags and just walked in, same with the cleaners. Finally we just left the room.

Amazing Stay!
I spent my birthday here with absolutely no regrets. The customer service was exceptional, so was the food and entertainment. My room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were great especially the fit club. Hunter restaurant is a favorite of mine. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating with the tight booking and the food was great. I visited Elements for breakfast and yes, the food choices deserve 5 stars- healthy options as well as local cuisine along with the usual American styles. Options were not short at this resort. One waitress, Alliyah, went beyond to know and call me by name and that made the experience even better. Shout out to the front desk staff, her name escapes me, but she was so friendly and welcoming. (Aja..?) I must not forget the bar tenders and the amazing cooks at the food truck. Thank you, Royalton Chic. I generally like to try new resorts, but I will be back!

It’s a party hotel. So if you are looking for a quiet place this is not it. New hotel with so much potential. We had diamond club room and butler. Love the idea having drinks and food by the beach, but service is extremely slow. Room service is slow too. By the time waitress brings the coffee, I already finished by breakfast. And this is in a separate breakfast area for diamond club where is not busy. Beach is nice but rocky. Food is not good either. So this hotel is far from being 5 star.
