It was very clean and staff were nice didn’t like the fact had to pay for overnight parking that kinda through me. Also had to pay $2 for a bottle of water that was conveniently left in room to take my meds with I thought it to be very strange. Overall very clean and spacious room.

Staff was excellent, accommodation was excellent, but the parking lot is not safe to leave a vehicle over night . My vehicle and another guests vehicle was broken into . Smashed out the back window and stoked stuff from the rear of vehicles . Charging for parking and not informing guest that vehicle break in’s happen in there parking lot with some frequency and no security in lot or a fence to keep unwanted people out of parking lot and away from guest’s vehicles

The hotel was beautiful. Front desk and housekeeping personnel were very kind and accommodating. My room was impeccably clean - I even video called my housekeeper friend, and she said it was extremely clean. Had a beautiful view of downtown (that I paid extra for) with floor to ceiling windows. 10/10!

Comfortable and clean
Room was good size, room clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom had bath shower combo, dryer. Drawers in closet area for clothes, which was a nice addition, coffee and tea available. Restaurant in hotel was good, had buffet breakfast, with great selections and dinner services had good selections on menu

Parking was a disaster. Parking area was used by people not guests at the hotel. Front desk didn’t seem to be too worried about it. Had breakfast two out of three mornings - only one waiter working the second morning so he had to be on the cash. Felt bad for the poor guy.
