Our stay at Uno was lovely! It’s a beautiful property. Our room was well appointed and the bed was comfy! The views are spectacular, we loved our wine on the deck overlooking Saint Ives!

Nice but not my type of hotel
I personally work and live in hotels, but for £240 a night for 2 adults and a 10 year old wasn’t great, didn’t like the fact no reception no bar no breakfast but I new this when I booked, rooms look amazing when you book but just 4 and 5 nice but not like the signature rooms, personally great if you like walking up and down steep hills or constant booking of taxis it’s great, it is nice place wouldn’t call it a hotel as it’s really just an apartment room, like I said has amazing scores but I personally wished I booked a hotel not uno fault but it really wasn’t for me and couldn’t wait to leave waste of money at £240 a night expected a wow factor like sauna, not really a nice area either and it’s beneath a load bar which is noisy although parking is free, your better off finding an hotel and pay the parking

Really enjoyed our stay. Great spot. Walking distance to all attraction and harbour. Loved Uno for its car parking - stress free. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was amazing, we were upgraded to the balcony suite - stunning views. Definitely will stay again and recommend to others. Thank you Uno

We stayed in the hideout for two nights, a lovely place to stay, within walking distance of the beach, lovely rainfall shower. Our toddler loved his food away bed. Complimentary coffee pods are a bonus plus lovely hosts very welcoming and allowed us to park our car even after checkout to go explore st ives before setting off on our long journey home. Overall 5/5 stars worth every penny.

Facilities are brilliant. the building itself is a new, stylish and in a quiet environment. Walkable to the center of the city. Had some trouble when my smartphone navigated to the narrow dead-end road passing the building which I had to go the way backwards (I wish there was a sign at the entrance that there’s no pass through), but it’s nothing to do with the hotel, just as a tip for the ones coming in the future.
