Built over 2 floors, Lower Deck is typical of many properties of its type in the town having been subdivided from its upstairs neighbour long ago. Sharing the use of a small courtyard with its sister property, The Lookout, where the bins, key box and beach equipment storage are located.

Heating is by electric heaters and is cosy and comfortable even in the depths of winter.

For those interested in walking, this property, together with The Lookout, is within yards of the South West Coastal Path. The properties can be combined for larger groups of 8/9 to benefit from 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms.
