his newly constructed handicap accessible home has a sloped path to the lakefront. The grassy frontage has a sandy lake bottom and is great for swimming.

With construction completed in 2013, this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath early American beach home features a handicapped accessible master suite with king sized bed and large shower. The upper level has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bunkroom with 4 twins and a full bath. The loft area overlooking the great room has a queen size sofa sleeper and a TV with DVD player. There is additional sleeping on the sofa bed in the great room area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes coffee maker, microwave, ice maker, and dishwasher. There is plenty of seating at the large dining table and snack bar.
