Both living areas offer amazing Gulf and pool views and offer direct access to the outdoor pool area, decks, and boardwalks to the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico!

The second floor provides numerous gathering places and offers a large living area that opens to two dining areas. The main southeast-facing living room boasts a large screen TV with cable/DVD, several seating areas including a sleeper sofa (queen), a wet bar with a temperature-controlled wine bar, and direct access to the balcony with unobstructed views of the Gulf. Open to the living area is the first of two dining areas. This dining area boasts comfortable seating for six, a wall of windows that looks directly onto the Gulf, and is open to the second dining area. This dining area features a large wood table that comfortably seats 10 and has direct access to the balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf beaches. The dining area is open to the breakfast bar and elegant kitchen. The well-appointed kitchen features a large island for community gathering, views of the Gulf, a coffee bar, a dishwasher, and stone counters. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
