Beautiful newly remodeled (photos taken Dec 2024) 2 bed 1 bath perfect for families or couples, close to everything near the island center on St. George Island. 2nd floor/upstairs (no elevator), ocean-views, gulf-side across the street from the beach. Short walk to lighthouse park with the kids' playground. Across the street from the arcade and ice cream shop. Close to every restaurant and store on the island. Parking right in front of your steps up to the apartment. True high-speed wifi. Smart TVs to use your streaming services (no cable/dish). Electronic fireplace. Efficiency washer/dryer combo in unit with access to larger machines downstairs if needed. 50-gallon water heater. New furniture, appliances, utensils, linens -- everything new Dec 2024. Regular pot and Keurig coffee makers. Full kitchen and seating for 6 in dining area. Open floorplan. Large open deck with water views. Large propane grill. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off sand right at the bottom of your steps. Large beach cart, 9 foot square canopy-style cover for shade on hot days, beach chairs, boogie boards, all for your use. Awesome St. George Island apartment for family with kids or couple(s) who want a location close to every restaurant, store, and event (Chili Festival, etc.) on the island.

This apartment is part of a 3-unit building. On the bay-side (opposite, non-beach side) of the building, upstairs is a 1 bed apartment with a long-term tenant. The bottom/ground floor of the building is a commercial space planned for a future take-out restaurant and retail store (opening Q2 2025). Close beach access is a short walk away at the lighthouse park at E Chili Blvd and at E 3rd St (few people even on busiest weekends of the year). Owners are purchasing the gulf-side house ("skinny mini") directly across the street and beach access after March 2025 will be available by private boardwalk directly across the street from the steps up to your apartment, as shown on the aerial photos. No smoking inside the apartment.

Clean, comfortable and great location
My husband, small dog and I stayed here for four nights and everything was just wonderful. Comfortable and cozy and Brandion was an excellent host! The location is close to all we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.
