Nice place for the price
Nice place with clean rooms. The indoor pool was closed and the outdoor pool was too cold for swimming in October. Breakfast was typical-nothing amazing, just something to fill and empty stomach. Our room keys kept needing replaced which was a mild inconvenience but overall great stay.

Frustrated with request for help.
The initial check-in and the room itself was very good. The clerk said that because I had two consecutive reservations over the four night stay that we would need to check back in at the front desk on the fourth day. At 7 AM, I stop by the desk on Saturday and the clerk said we were all set. However, on our return our room keys wouldn't work and we had to go back to the front desk again. I had put my credit card down for incidentals since I had paid the stay in-full previously. However the clerk made my roommate provide another card. Then the computer for hotel guests would not function. Ultimately, I had to come to the desk after my roommate was not helped by the female clerk. It was obviously a hotel issue not user issue. She said she had called or texted for help. When it was up an working, she never called our room to let us know it was working. Back to the desk again to see if it was online. Then, let my roommate know he could access what he needed to online. Suffice it to say, the desk person was not overly helpful unless we followed here around. Beyond that, the housekeeping staff and grounds person were excellent.

This is my second time coming to this motel and I love the location and their hospitality. The breakfast is great 😊. You must try their hot chocolate or chai.

The staff was great, the beds are comfy, older hotel but quiet and easy to locate. It would be good to have the Best Western sign included with their Oasis sign for easier ways to locate it. If it wasn't for GPS we'd be lost. Thank you for the nice stay

Such a nice facility. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Easy to get to off the freeway in either direction. Great local amenities, dining, gas stations, and shopping are all close. We always stay here when we are in the area.
