Building found wanting.

Building is in need of serious repair. It was really windy and it was evident that there are fails in the windows seals or the frame itself. Sound others running through the halls carried into the room-a lot. That said, the bed was surprising comfortable and shower was good with hot water.

Great place to stay before Zion

Great hotel design. Most rooms away from road. Keeps rooms warm in winter. Great breakfast. Hope to stay here soon again.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend trip into Zion National Park. This hotel is located within good and quick driving distance to the park which we appreciated. The staff was friendly. The noise level was high. At 7 am each morning you could hear children running down the hall on the second floor above us. We also heard screaming and laughing children late at night. The breakfast in the morning was a mad house. The hotel provides a good breakfast but there is no clear direction so everyone cuts in front of everyone to get everything. Maybe putting something in play where everyone needs to wait their turn in line might help. I have traveled all over and never saw anything like this. The second morning we just bought donuts at the local grocery store to spare our sanity.

The shower was grimy with soap scum, bathroom floor was sticky, tv broken, room smelled of cigarette smoke, trash under the bed, power strip was buzzing suspiciously. Furniture had obvious signs of wear. The exterior door did not lock. We didn't feel safe or comfortable and we left.
