Place offers pets, for some reason they put them on the floors above everyone else. All three nights we had people with dogs barking above us until 11:30. We even called the front desk to ask someone to call them. Hallways were filthy. The rooms were clean but every hallway was covered in pet hair as well as trash.

Please make sure rooms are empty and cleaned before assigning to a new guest. We were assigned a room only to walk in and see items on the couch and the bed unmade, pillows on the floor. We had to return to the front desk and be assigned a new room.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very nice and very clean. We did have an issue with a child who screamed for hours in the hotel room next to us. The hotel staff were trying to deal with it. We decided to head home early so we could get sleep. Our drive was 4 hour but, it worked out ok. The hotel didn’t charge us for that night. I loved the pool and hot tub area. The down side is the walls seem thin and you can hear everything. This place also welcomes dogs and there seem to be dozen there. I love dogs, but I’m allergic so them. I’m going to need to stay somewhere else next time I’m in the area. 😞
