Cozy Santa Clara Home Near Snow Canyon

Our comfy suburban home is in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook elaborate or simple meals, including many spices, utensils, pots and pans and several sets of dishes. The dining room table sits eight, with room for four more at the bar. The spacious master suite has a kingsize bed, his-and-her closets, a large oval tub, separate shower, and a huge vanity with two sinks. The large-screen TV comes with Dish Network and DVR capabilities. The bedrooms have excellent mattresses, which we have been told are the most comfortable beds many of our guests have ever slept on. The cozy backyard has a natural gas barbecue grill, a table and chairs, as well as lounge chairs. Biking and walking trails are just a few hundred feet away from the front door.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Sand Hollow Aquatic Center. You'll find features like a water park. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

This home is exactly as listed, no surprises ! Clean, quiet neighborhood, convenient to St. George businesses and attractions. We browsed the owners’ binder of information and directions to sights around town. Hiked in Snow Canyon State Park, attended the Tuacahn Saturday market (lovely), easily found the grocery, etc. stores. The highway was easily accessible from this property. The owners were available for questions via text, but were not hovering. Thank you for a lovely experience !

Excellent and wonderful location!
The house is in a great neighborhood and seeing it in person is even better than the photos portray. We stayed here while visiting Zion National Park. We also enjoyed watching a musical at the beautiful Tuacahn Amphitheater. The owners were great to communicate with and they have a helpful binder of info in the house. We highly recommend this property! We came out West from Florida and love this area.

They took great care of us!
When we arrived the first night of our stay the AC/thermostat was broken but the renters took care of the problem by the next morning, refunded us for the night so we could get a hotel and made sure we were taken care of for the rest of our stay! The house was clean, located in a quiet neighborhood. They responded quickly if we had any questions of concerns.

The home was beautifully clean and maintained. Home owner was responsive to our questions and the binder with home and local amenities was very helpful. We needed a bread knife and the owner brought one over saying that it must have been removed from the home. It was close to everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, even condiments. Very nice. We would stay there again if we went to St. George.

Big house in a beautiful neighborhood! Close to everything. We enjoyed Zion and Bryce as well as some of the state parks. The location was very convenient for the Ironman event. Awesome instructions in a binder at the house and enjoyed several of the recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Family Home feeling
Thank you for the use of your beautiful home. It was a pleasure walking into such a cozy warm feeling home. Everything worked good and the location was great. Google maps even found it. I would suggest upgrading the extra beds to queen size, some of us need more space than others. I would definitely stay here again.
