Pros-very clean, soft towels and bedding Cons- no hot water in the shower, beds so squishy you couldn’t move, no front desk staff, literally no one was there and no directions were left indicating who to contact if we needed something. Was contacted morning of arrival with a text message from a number I didn’t recognize giving me a code to access my room key.

Convenient Motel w/ Affordable Triple-Queen Rooms
The Chalet Motel's affordable triple-queen room worked out great for our family of four. Contactless check-in worked well; we received a code to the lockbox the morning of our reservation and got into our room without a problem. The room was very clean, well-cared for, had plenty of supplies, and included a mini-fridge and microwave. The only real hiccup was that the beds weren't very comfortable, so I tossed and turned quite a bit. We'll keep it on our list for future travel through the area.

Very surprised this property has a 9.6 rating. It was clean and convenient, but nothing special. Advertised as a "deluxe with kitchenette" but had absolutely no kitchen accessories - not even knives, forks, etc. Equally disappointed with the lack of prompt hot water. Had to wait minutes for it to arrive, and if a previous guest had used the water some minutes ago, you would have hot water only for it to go cold before your use of the system would prompt it to make more. Also was staying as a couple and only one washcloth was provided. Asked for another but still didn't receive it the next day. All in all, not a terrible property but one that we wouldn't seek out in a future visit.

We had a late check in and they made it easy with a coded key box. Older property but very clean and comfortable. Check out the little garden space near the office if you have time to sit outside!

I liked the cleanliness and convenient location of the property. The kitchenette was nice, but it was somewhat useless since there was no cookware or eating utensils. The WiFi was also pretty much useless.

Very nice room.
Older motel but well maintained. Was pleasantly surprised to see a nice kitchen area, large leather couch. Over sized room. Clean and was quiet. Only thing that could be upgraded would be the bed. Kind of gotten use to memory foam and this wasn’t. Good quality towels.

I stayed 1 night at the beginning of my trip & a night at the end. Both nights were excellent. The motel manager was very welcoming and helpful. My 2nd night i was in one of the newly remodeled rooms which was very nice. The room is very roomy. And a large kitchen area. Both rooms i stayed in were very taken care of and clean. My only dislikes which were not a big deal were that i had a rough time on my 1st arrival finding the entrance coming from the south. Be prepared with kitch needs. The kichens are beautiful but no supplies. Not sure if they have them available. I didn't ask. I made due with what i had. The newly remodeled bathroom door was a bit unusual as it blocks 1/2 the sink when open. I would stay here again. Great price & great place.
