I booked a family suite, paid full. But when I arrived, I was given a stand room. The staff admit that they messed it up and gave the family suite to another person who has the similar family name… my jaw dropped honestly. But they eventually gave me an extra room for free to fix the problem which was satisfying. The room condition is poor. Dated, not clean, sheets have blood stains on them. AC are horrible… we would not stay in best western again. However, staff members are friendly and very nice!

The bathroom tub was very questionable. The tub is so old and dented I couldn’t tell if I was dirty or just not maintained well. The breakfast staff were very nice BUT they kept talking to our group. We just wanted to go in eat and leave but the breakfast staff just kept trying to make conversation even tho we obviously were not in the mood for conversation.

Good stay
Nice stay in an older facility in the downtown area of St. George. It appears that they are in the middle of an upgrade/remodel, but even though the room next door was under construction, we had zero noise or inconvenience issues. The room was clean and comfortable, the area was close to many dining options within walking distance.

Best Western Coral Hills
Great little place to stay for a quick trip. We especially loved that it's pet friendly and our dog was able to come too. It's conveniently located within walking distance of dining and shopping. Our son loved swimming at both the indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a variety of choices and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming.
