We were awakened at midnight to say a pipe had burst under our room. We were made to get another room and was told our room would be comped. When I approached the front desk they told me I had to contact management. Further, they never brought us towels and we had to contact 2 times before going to get them ourselves. The original suite room we booked was great and we were looking forward to using that jetted tub.

The rooms were old. Breakfast didn't start until 7. Lobby was closed for the night. Will not stay again.

The room was clean. It is an older hotel. The staff were nice and courteous. The breakfast was unappealing. I decided to just have juice and there was not any juice in the machine. It was too cold to swim so I don't have a review of the pool.

Night clerk was great. He gave us all of the information needed while checking in, he was friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. We were expecting a continental breakfast, but was surprised to find a full breakfast with many options all included. We will definitely be returning.

Check in was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Room clean but could use some attention such as new shower faucet and outside door handle got stuck in the down position intermittently and would not open. Could be a nice breakfast however coffee was incredibly weak and juice machine only dispensed water out of each option.
