You have to see it to believe it
We enjoyed our stay and we just loved the area that we were in. They made us feel safe and we took a tour of the area and we learned quite a few new things about the city

Our room smelled of stale smoke. Employee seemed annoyed with us for checking in at appx 10pm. No direction or information given to us … had to ask for everything. Ex..which way to room, breakfast, parking, etc… Shady area of town

Good place almost heaven
Took over 45 minutes to register for my room, reason was the desk clerk could not find the 3 reservations of the 3 gents in front of me. The backyard area was very nice for both children and adults they even had a bbq you could use. Very nice as well for smokers nice shaded area.

The front desk staff was less than great. Had a hard time checking in and out. We canceled the 2nd night of our reservation - two different front desk people told us that would be okay but then charged us for the second night. It's frustrating that people do not follow through on what they say.

Check in person complained about being overworked. Got our key card and it didn’t work. Went to dinner and again the key card didn’t work. It rained and water poured through the window. The only positives was it was quiet and safe.
