Heat was off when we arrived and it took hours for it to warm up. Then the fan cycled on and off all night long on high, which is the only setting that worked.

Even the cheap price was too much for this dump
Never got any housekeeping for the week we were there. Front desk, had to ring bell and wait a long time before someone answered it. The girl didnt seem to understand english because she didnt understand when we asked for toilet paper and towels. Some one puked in the hallway and it was there 3 days. Heater so load you couldn't sleep. Homeless guy spent a day in the stairway. No evacuation plan in case of fire on any doorway! It snowed, only the sidewalk out of the office was cleared.

Everything was very good including the staff and the cleanliness of the room. The only issue I had was no hot water to have a shower. Cold shower is not the way I wanted to start my day.
