This is the best hotel to stay with families or teams. There is so much to do within and near this hotel. So many great amenities and thoughtful touches!! The best was the little hand written note left by Rachel my room attendant. The little extra time taken really made a difference. You can’t go wrong staying at IHG HOTELS AND SUITES.

The room was great and a nice stop over after a long drive. However, beyond the control of the hotel, hockey families also stayed at this location and they created a mess of elevators and hallways. I did appreciate the suite was further from the hallway and we had a pleasant stay in our room.

We loved all the extra activities available for the kids at the hotel. It’s a nice place to stay with your family. The tavern and breakfast were nothing great but decent food for the convenience of it.

Our stay was awesome! The suite was small and cozy, with a full kitchen, Apartment size ref, dishwasher, microwave, king bed, couch and table as well as a desk and chair. The buffet breakfast was great too with many choices to choose from. The highlight of our stay was the 30 Lane Bowling Alley in Ostin Restaurant. It was amazing as well as the staff. They also have an arcade and karaoke nights.
