Trewhiddle Villa 27 - a trewhiddle that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms
This stunning holiday villa, number 27, is one of six, timber clad 'New England' style residences at Trewhiddle Village, offering three spacious bedrooms, which have been built to exceptionally high standards of design and quality.
The three en-suite bedrooms can comfortably accommodate a family of six, or groups of friends, with whisper soft beds and sumptuous textiles. Two of the bedrooms offer a king size bed and the third bedroom contains a double bed. Each en-suite is bright and contemporary with a bath and shower in the master en-suite and showers in the other en-suites - ideal for freshening up after a day on the beach using the complimentary toiletries.
The villa also features a spacious open plan living area and a contemporary and stylish kitchen, which includes fully integrated appliances for serving up delicious feasts of locally caught seafood and other Cornish delicacies. Facilities in the kitchen include gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Guests can enjoy all the modern amenities expected with a luxury stay including a large smart television with a Bluetooth sound bar, Sky Q and a DVD player. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi, board games, an iron, ironing board and hairdryers.
You'll see from the plan of Trewhiddle that the rear of the villa, including the decking area, is not overlooked and has a very open aspect with excellent views of the surrounding woods and fields. The villa has access to over 120 acres of beautiful woodland valley, children's communal playground and gorgeous meadows, which you are welcome to explore at your leisure during your stay.
In terms of location, Trewhiddle proves the perfect blend of peaceful countryside living and incredible coastal adventures. With the breath-taking beaches of Porthpean and Pentewan less than 5 minutes' drive away, guests here can find themselves sea-side in no time, paddling in the famously gentle waters of South Cornwall, tucking into an indulgently creamy Cornish ice-cream and generally taking in the warming rays of sunshine. Pentewan in particular is easily accessible from our spacious villas, with a bike/walking trail leading directly to the beach through beautiful woodland, 2 minutes from our entrance.
For young explorers (or those young at heart!) the iconic tourist attractions of the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are both less than 15 minutes' drive from the stunning wooded valley of Trewhiddle. Here you can find world-famous botanical wonders, with an incredible calendar of events to occupy all family members!
Providing the perfect base camp to explore South Cornwall, Trewhiddle is just a few miles from the quaint fishing villages of Mevagissey, Charlestown and Fowey where you can stock up on mouth-watering self-catering treats, tuck into freshly-caught fish and chips and browse the quaint boutiques that line the cobbled streets. Slightly further afield, the magnificent sights of the North coast of Cornwall with its high cliffs and sweeping beaches are a 40 minute drive away.
Wheelchair access: No
