The following facilities are closed seasonally each year. They will be closed from 25 December to 25 December:
There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. A complete renovation of Pier House was completed in June 2024. This 3.5-star St Austell bed & breakfast is smoke free.

Pier House offers 23 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature coffee/tea makers and a hairdryer. 42-inch Smart televisions come with digital channels.
