Palma Villa is a unique bungallow positioned on a sought after spot with sensational views of 'Cornish Alps'. It is a truly beautiful, peaceful place to walk or cycle. This luxury property is flawlessly presented and is sure to make you smile!
The world famous Eden Project, Charlestown Harbour, The Heligan Garden and Carlyon Beach are just few miles away. St Austell has a thriving high street, with plenty of local small businesses to support.
Within 20 minutes drive you’ll reach Newquay, Fistral Beach which is one of the world's top surfing destinations and It hosts a number of UK surf competitions including Boardmasters.
Palma Villa is truly unique holiday home with China Clay Works views from super king size bedroom patio doors and a huge south facing sun terrace, a good size private rear garden and 3 cars parking. All four double bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. They are all finished to a luxurious standard. The main 2 bedrooms are served by a gorgeous, sleek en suite shower rooms.
The impressive living area is open plan, has a vaulted ceiling and is exceptionally spacious with the added benefit of a log burner. If ever there was a room built for entertaining and spending time together as a family, surely this is it!
The family kitchen really does offer the very best of contemporary design and functionality with top of he range SIEMENS integrated appliances including a coffee machine, double oven, microwave and wine cooler. There's ample space for relaxing and dining with friends and family with direct access to the rear garden... you are likely to spend a lot of time in this area as there’s enough space on offer to dine alfresco or enjoy morning espresso/evening wine. MENACUDDLE WELL GARDEN is also only 1 mile from House. Its surrounded by trees and rhododendron bushes, beside a gentle stream and a waterfall. The small granite well house was originally built in the late 15th.
