The room was not ready for guests. We had to ask for towels and bedsheets. The floor was very dirty. The rest of the room wasn’t super cleanly either.

This was described as a botique hotel. Nonsense, it is a motel. It’s disgusting and the door had dents from being pried open. I shudder to think what went down in that room before my stay.
