The most positive thing about this property was its convenient location to all the historic attractions in St. Augustine and the free parking.

Bathroom was dirty on arrival specially the toilet and definitely overpriced, Expedia prices were way higher(double) than other websites on the same day for the same hotel. Very disappointed.

Not a 2 or 3 star hotel
Pictures where a co.plete lie. Room was fairly well remodeled but was not clean. Upon arrival entered a room that was dirty and unmade. At 3pm check in was told "she has not gotten to it will be 30 minutes or so" 2nd room was done but not clean, stains and hair on bed under blanket. Bathroom was dirty and appeared to have not been clean.

Only beds, nothing else
The room had 2 beds, 2 tables, an oven and a mini fridge. Literally only that. No chair to sit or not even a iron board. The bathroom window was half open and it was bringing in cold air into the room (in winter). The soap and shampoo were there for namesake. If we had an option we would have definitely went somewhere else, but it was cold and windy when we checked in and with kids did not have time to check another place.

Basic low budget motel. Room did have a tv and fridge. Main light did not work, which made it tricky when checking in at night. Should probably pull shower drain and clean all the hair out of it. If you just need a place to sleep for a night or two, it will do.

the worst dont go there!!!!
the room was dirty there were bugs crawling up the wall there was a very strong stench of meth..and the peope next door to us looked like a business transaction that goes bt the hour so we cancled and left

Place is run-down. Looks like a rushed renovation. The bathroom was dirty, and so was box spring cover. TV was so small and cheap; speakers blown. It is walkable to great restaurants and shops though.
