Really nice motel across from a great beach and minutes from downtown St. Augustine and all of its attractions. Great stay, definitely recommend.

Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Needs some updating. No amenities - nowhere to hang anything up and only place for luggage was on the floor

Love this hotel! This was our second time staying at regency and we will definitely go back. Everything is in walking distance. Great restaurants and the beach is just a hop skip and jump away!

Te staff at hotel was very nice. The hotel listed breakfast which did not have. I was told at check in that there is a water line across the ceiling but it was old. I was assured at check in that the room was fixed and did not leak anymore. We woke up to a wet room which in fact the room still leaks. The area had some strange people lurking around which was a bit shady. Overall I will never book at this hotel again.

It was close to the beach.Staff was very friendly.Only negative was the indoor pool wasn't very warm it seemed to have issues staying warm.But I would stay again for sure.

Don't waste your time!
Asked for 1st floor, no breakfast as advertised, moldy railings on staircase, rusty and dirty luggage carts, garbage in flower beds. Upon entering the room, no luggage racks, only 1 chair, no table or desk. Duck taped wires were hanging out of T.V. into wall, cable box hanging from bottom of T.V., bracket hanging on wall to hang clothes, no hangers.Barbie size shampoo and lotion. The soap was the size of a communion wafer, broke in half the 1st time used. Had a coffee pot, but had only 2 paks of coffee, 1 regular, 1 decaf.There was a 4 drawer dresser under the T.V. and the room was clean, beds were semi comfortable, but during our 5 night stay, we never got any room service. The front desk told us if we wanted clean towels, we should bring the used ones to the recption desk, and they would replace. We had the sign on our door every day for maid service. No one ever showed up! We even had to clean out our waste baskets. If we had not paid in full thru hotels,com, and just put down a deposit, we would have walked, and went somewhere else. Their whole website is a lie. And yes, they are across the street from the beach, if you want to walk 2 1/2 blocks to get there. Trust me, their pool is disgusting.
