Great place
I will definitely come back. The staff is super friendly and informative. Everything was good except that there was a moldy smell. There were one or two cosmetic issues but overall a great place. Love the price and location!

2 star hotel across the street from the beach in St Augustine..great location. Appears rooms were remodeled in the past few years, but found tile floors were very dirty, as well as padded chair. Also, floor lamp didnt work. The rates were good for the location, but cleanliness needs improvement Front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating, when we needed extra towels and pillows

Incredible motel! : cheapest we’ve ever been. We had concerns, but the pictures were good, so we just took our chances and we got the best of the best. All new and renovated, excellent location, parking, very clean, had microwave, minibar, coffee.

Cannot beat cost for the location! My guest and I stayed our first night with an ever increasing sewage smell. The next day I alerted the staff and they promptly moved us to another room. Other than that, and the first rooms ac unit dripping, and finally the not so good condition parking lot were the only negatives. The staff was very friendly and I would recommend anyone to stay. The Regency has old motel charm and it’s worth a stay.

The staff was incredibly kind. However we were in a non smoking room and throughout the night, we felt a strong marijuana smell coming from the room next door or downstairs that was filtrating through our AC. This unpleasant smell caused us to not be able to rest.

Easy access to the beach and it has just been built back up. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room could use a little repair touch up, nothing major. Parking spaces need to be restripped. Overall very pleased with it. Will stay there again next time we go.
