Not new but good value for a overnight stay
Not new by a long shot, but the owner has made good choices to refresh the hotel. Great new bed and very clean room. The location is very good...short distance from historic city and beach.

Room was clean, updated, and roomy. Only thing I would say is pool is very small, but we don’t really care about that, and bed was a little soft for us. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

The people who own/run the hotel are so sweet! This was our second time staying there this month and they remembered us when we returned! They even upgrade our room from the two double beds to a king bed. We will absolutely always return here when visiting St. Augustine! We appreciate the family & the hospitality they provide :)

Perfect location for participating in the annual Bridge of Lions 5k race and exploring Historic St Augustine on foot. Room was newly remodeled and very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Great stay for a short trip!
This motel was great for a quick trip to St.Augustine. The location was great! Not in historic district, but a leisurely walk over the Bridge of Lions had us there in no time. We were within very easy walking distance to many bars and restaurants which was my favorite part. The pool water was warm on a hot day and very small, but it provided a good time for my child who didn’t complain one bit! The front office staff was very kind and attentive, the room was super cute and well updated. The towels were soft and lush, the sheets were very soft and comfortable. The refrigerator, microwave, and in-room coffee bar were helpful as they provided us with bottled water, K cups, sugar packets and mini creamers. Next time I’ll bring a coffee mug for myself instead of using paper cups. There are two outdoor smoking areas, one of which is covered, which I appreciated even as a non smoker. My only real complaint was that the bare floor left my feet feeling dirty as if there were some kind of sand on them, however they didn’t look dirty at all. I will return to this hotel as the rates are fantastic for everything it had to offer.

Great short stay here! Extremely clean, clean, clean old school motel that has been fully updated. Easy parking and the ability to walk into downtown St. Aug across the Bridge of Lions. For the price & cleanliness alone, we will be back.

This is a great property to stay. The owners are very friendly and attentive to your needs. They take pride in their business and it shows. The location is great. It's just over the bridge and within walking distance to downtown. The room was super clean and if there was anything we needed, the owners were there to provide assistance. We will stay at this hotel again.
