Good but should be better
Everyone was friendly. The facility was mostly clean and so was our room. However, there were a few things that need attention. The refrigerator didn’t cool quite right because there was frozen ice in the back of the refrigerator. I did contact the front desk about this but never received a response. The bathroom toilet paper bar was falling off the wall and the baseboards and shower edges needed to be cleaned. The hallway was never vacuumed during our 3 day stay. These may seem like little things, but I expect better from Hilton.
Professionalism is undergrade. Lady on the front desk didn't know about pets policy and being a pets friendly hotel according to her I couldn't leave my pet alone in the room. After reading the policy to her couldn't find where the pet can't stayed by himself in the room. Breakfast service one of the worst, restaurant wasn't crowded but it took 10 minutes to get my order and 20 minutes more to bring a wrong order. After that 25 more minutes to get the order rigth. Very disappointing day we left decided to go to a different place to eat breakfast.
It was fine for us to have a place to stay. I would stay here again if in the area. Nothing stood out to me as excellent. The service at breakfast the next morning was awful. Felt as though we were a burden to be there.
I really did enjoy the room and how large it was the convenience of the bar downstairs was awesome for me but the menu itself the food offering was not the best in my opinion you did have brunch in the morning which I did not try but the other additional menu items I felt like they fall short probably because the culinary program for the hotel is not the main focus or a pillar for the hotel but everything else is very good room could have been a little bit better with slight interior touch ups but besides that can't complain staff was great tend to go back just there
Great! Would definitely stay again when in St. Augustine. The only thing we had issue with was the tv service. Ran slow and would sometimes disconnect. Front desk sent someone to fix promptly. Rooms and facility was clean and staff was wonderful! No concerns otherwise
Extremely clean! The hotel was very clean, and smelled so nice. Hard to find when in older cities. This was our second time staying here and will probably continue when traveling through.
We loved this hotel the only downside was the we were traveling with a toddle and they didn’t provide a cradle plus they charge you extra $20 for parking per day .
When we arrived we were put into a room with a chlorine machine cleaning the room. It burned my sinuses and affected my breathing. We were given a new room but no other compensation even after talking to management.
It was a nice, quiet hotel. Took a star for a smell, maybe too much Clorox or some cleaning that make our room smell weird. The breakfast was ok, for an extra fee it should be better.
The hotel met all our needs for a short stay. Very clean room, with a good shower. An extra sink which we liked. Walking to historic district was easy for us but about a mile away. Overall, great stay.
