When I checked in. I was greeted how many cards would you like. Not hello or hi. Unprofessional and I was with my group from work, which we spent a lot of money on at that hotel. First impression not good. The manager seemed a little nervous because her computer was going slow. Found several hair in the shower & on the bathroom sink. Yuck! First day at breakfast staff greeted & nice. Not on the other days but it was busy. Check out staff was nice.

Went to a wedding. Everyone that was apart of the wedding stayed at this hotel. The staff were VERY kind, patient, and accommodating. Everything for us was great! Only 2 negatives to point out... the old elevators need a makeover. Also, coffee wasn't great.

Nice hotel by the St. John’s River
We come to Palatka several times per year to ride the long bike trail and this is the best hotel in the area. Right by the St. John’s River and more to do here than close to the trail. The hotel is clean and all the staff was friendly. Thanks.
