Fairfield Inn on State Road 16 in Saint Augustine was a good experience. My only suggestion is that in a handicap room they have ADA compliant toilets. But I would stay there again!

Close to I-95 and Historic St. Augustine. Nice & clean rooms. The evening shift reception staff - Spanish speaking is always so nice & very accommodating. She checked us in also last July so I was glad to see her again . Great breakfast!

Terrible stay. First they put us in a room next to the elevator. The hotel wasn’t full so that room should be given as a last resort. All I heard all night was a buzzing noise everytime the elevator moved and then the banging noise from the door closing. Got very little sleep because of it. Then we had no toiletries in the bathroom. So no hand soap to even wash our hands. Tissues ran out after pulling 2 out. The toilet was not cleaned. I lifted up the seat and saw urine stains. Disgusting. Overall one of the worst stays I’ve had at a hotel and I have stayed at hundreds of them throughout the country.

Wonderful experience under stressful conditions
Our stay was due to evacuating for hurricane Milton. We were treated exceptionally well - particularly by Peyton, a wonderful young desk agent. Everything was perfect: the breakfasts were fresh and delicious, the room was clean and comfortable, and, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Easy access from interstate. Very clean comfortable bed. Bathroom was well stocked. Wide selection of restaurants nearby, oh and adjacent to the St Augustine outlet mall.
