We loved our stay here and will definitely be back! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. The beach was extremely quiet and not busy at all. The breakfast was very good and the staff there were so kind and helpful. Starbucks right in the hotel? How can you beat that? They were are so sweet too! Valet guys will literally run and get your car for you and were so friendly. My only comment is for housekeeping. They came in and gave us new towels when we were out but did not change our bedding. Also, our blow dryer was extremely sticky. Other than those two small things, our stay was amazing!

Loved the property, the ocean views, and the extras like the daily yoga class. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Our only issue was the mandatory valet parking at $39.99 per day. It would be better to offer it for those guests who prefer it and access to the parking garage for those who don't mind walking.

Very nice hotel and enjoyed our 2 nights there. However, mandatory evacuation on 9th October, so lost our final night as they were closing. No help relocating, told to sort our own alternative accommodation. I feel they should have offered rooms in their sister hotels. I will be contacting you regarding a refund for the final night. They failed to send me the final bill they charged and had promised.

Parking is expensive. With the taxes it’s over $40 a night. Then recommended tipping is $7. Each time you pick up and drop off. So be prepared for that. But the valet is always wonderful. courteous. And fast They already have the air conditioning running so you’re not getting into a hot car. Other than that. I would definitely stay here again Beautiful resort.

I think families need to stay all in the same floor apart from retired and people without children . We had a family next to us whose children were very loud late into the night .

The only thing I did not like about my stay was having to valet. Paying 40.00 a day, and then I felt like I had to tip the valet every time they brought me my car. There was no other option for parking.
