The place is like a dog kennel with barking dogs on every floor. I went to the front desk to complain about a barking dog in the room across from us and there was already someone else there complaining about the dog. While at the front desk someone else called about another dog barking. They moved us to another room on another floor and within ten minutes of being in the room we were hearing a dog barking.

Everything was great except the bathroom sink drain stopper closed but would not reopen to drain the sink. I told the front desk checkout person about it and he told me that he'd get engineering on it - thought you'd want to know.

I paid over $800 for two nights and did not even offer breakfast. Our room was not cleaned. There was no shampoo in our bathroom. Very disappointed.
