The Space:
Walk through the front door into a bright, open living room with smart TV and cozy seating for everyone. Kick back and cozy in on the couch while binging your show on Fubo (included for free!). Pull out one of the various board games to enjoy a fun night in with the family. The couch pulls out into a queen sleeper with pillows and linens provided for 2 additional sleeping arrangements.
Walk through the doorway to a relaxing sitting area and office desk for any work on the go.
The first guest bedroom with cozy queen bed has it's own private closet.
Make your way back to the formal dining area with chic sitting for a nice meal in.
The spacious kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs including toaster, kettle, pots and pans, and more.
On each side of the kitchen, you will find 2 additional bedrooms with king beds. The master has a smart tv to watch your favorite show in bed. Attached to the pink master, is the first full bathroom with walk in shower. A washer and dryer are provided so you can pack a little lighter!
A second bathroom includes an additional shower, stocked with plenty of fluffy white towels to dry off with.
Off of the kitchen is a privately fenced, tranquil outdoor area and with cornhole boards and an outdoor dining set.
This cozy home is located in the West King district, full of history and charm. Just around the corner are popular local spots such as Back 40 Urban Cafe (just around the corner) and Bog Brewery. Adventure to Downtown St. Augustine, only a short 3-5 minute drive or. Or catch some Florida sunshine on the white sandy beaches at Vilano Beach, just a 10 minute drive from the home!
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary first morning stock of coffee and access to Fubo cable on each of the TVs.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay.
Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.
Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.
The Old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Other Things to Note:
PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
